The British Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina is looking for a Service Provider who will provide professional services in the development and delivery of workshops and expert support on improving air quality under the UK–BiH Fellowship Programme, an initiative addressing key challenges in BiH with UK Government support.

This role involves conducting a needs assessment of participants, followed by the design and facilitation of pre- and post-visit workshops that frame and consolidate the learning process. The selected service provider will also deliver a seminar and panel discussion, ensuring meaningful exchange of knowledge and practice. In addition, the role requires the preparation of workshop materials, reports, and policy recommendations that capture the key insights and translate them into actionable proposals for Bosnia and Herzegovina, providing expertise across the three thematic pillars: air quality monitoring and evidence, sustainable energy and heating solutions, and sustainable mobility and transport.

All relevant information and instructions for applying can be found in the RFP document, along with Annex 1 (Terms and Conditions of Contract), Annex 2 (Supplier Proposal) and Annex 3 (Pricing Approach).

Clarification questions may be submitted to the email address provided in the RFP by Wednesday, 8 October 2025, while the deadline for submission of proposals is Tuesday, 14 October 2025.
