The second edition of our unique regional initiative PlayUK aimed to support and connect young creatives from the Western Balkans and the UK. Our story started in 2017 by connecting six cities from the region by showing exactly the same films at the same time. In 2018, we are taking you further.
PlayUK: Arcadia 2018 is visiting one Western Balkans city at the time, allowing us more space to interact and build stronger links with the communities. We started in Sarajevo in January and are continuing the journey across the region.
This time round, PlayUK goes beyond film. We prepared a more dynamic, diverse and, hopefully, fun programme made of film screenings and some fresh programme elements such as gaming and VR showcases, panels, workshops and simple informal networking opportunities for artists and creatives from any other sector.
