We are committed to making your experience of taking a Cambridge English exam with us as simple as possible.
On this page you can find examination dates, fees, and the registration period for upcoming Cambridge English examinations. We are happy to accept registrations from candidates throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina and run exams sessions in Banja Luka, Bijeljina, Mostar, Sarajevo, Trebinje and Tuzla, subject to some minimum entry requirements.
Important information: May registration period and May session exams have been cancelled until further notice due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and the heightened measures introduced in order to prevent its further spreading. New exam dates will be published once the situation allows for this to happen.
Column A (exam date): the written part of the exam. This is the date when you will take your examination.
Column B (speaking window): the speaking part of your exam will be organised within this time frame.
Column C (Locations): exam offered in – BI (Bijeljina), BL (Banja Luka), SA (Sarajevo), TR (Trebinje), TZ (Tuzla).
Column D (registration period): the time when you can apply to take your exam
The dates of the written exam (column A) are fixed and cannot be changed. Speaking may take place on a different date (within the speaking window – column B). Should this be the case, candidates will be notified via email approximately 10 days prior to the first part of the test. Make sure that you are free on the date of the written part of exam plus speaking window allocated for the exam you are registered with.
Young Learners Exams (YLE) can be organised on demand as well as during the stated registration periods. The exams can be held in your town/school if there are more than 20 candidates. If you have more than 20 candidates and want them to take one of the YLE exams, please get in touch with us at least 8 weeks before the desired examination date.
Please note that British Council reserves the right to decide whether to organise Cambridge English examinations or not for certain levels and/or at certain centres due to the restrictions regarding the minimum number of candidates registered. In case there is insufficient number of candidates the British Council reserves the right to cancel the exam (in which case you may be reimbursed for the full cost of the exam) or your exam fee may be transferred to an alternative location.
