Connecting Classrooms is a networking and capacity building project for high schools in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Twenty Connecting Classrooms teams are making a difference in their schools and communities demonstrating enhanced intercultural skills and an increased level of community activism. Schools work in pairs and independently on issues that are important to their communities while networking and facilitating knowledge sharing.
The new phase of the project focuses on locally relevant initiatives with the aim of contributing to youth mobility in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Photography exhibitions, plays, music concerts, charitable activities, talent competitions, as well as voluntary work in schools for children with special needs, retirement homes and hospitals are bringing new energy to Banja Luka, Bijeljina, Brčko, Cazin, Doboj, Gradačac, Mostar, Mrkonjić Grad, Novi Grad, Olovo, Sarajevo, Tešanj, Teslić, Travnik, Trebinje, Tuzla, Velika Kladuša and Žepče.
